What can I expect in class?
Class will start with a warm up and stretches then we will run through four routines throughout the hour that will include cardio exercises and easy to follow choreography. The routines are then followed by a cool down and stretch. The class is designed to improve general fitness levels, learn some dance moves and have fun to 80's music!
Do I need dance experience?
Nope! You do not need any previous dance experience. This is a beginner friendly class. The routines are easy to follow and each routine is taught before dancing it out! You are also welcome to go at your own pace and just have fun!
What age group is this class catered for?
The class varies in ages from ladies in their 20's to 60's +. Moms and daughters have joined together. A great way for friends and family to get together and have some fun while getting fit!
Are the routines the same every week?
We do the same four routines for two weeks to give you a chance to know the routines, we then switch it up with new routines and songs! Each routine is focused on targeting a specific body part giving you a full body workout!
What do I wear to class?
Wear clothes you feel comfortable in such as leggingg, tshirt and supportive trainers. 80's attire is very welcome, expect leg warmers! Make sure to bring water!
Can I join at any time in the course?
Our classes are run as a 6 week course, however you are welcome to join at any time in the course and you will be charged accordingly. The routines are taught every week so you won't be behind! We do not offer pay as you go but we offer a trial class for you to try it out!
